Return/Refund Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
If you receive the wrong item, let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us via email at admin@siddagpress.com.
Refunds
There are no refunds for digital products, consultations, packages, or tutoring services. These sales are final. For Mentor subscriptions, you may cancel your service at any time within 7 days of enrolling in the club to receive a full refund of the remaining months in your subscription plan. After 8 days, you will not receive a refund.
Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@siddagpress.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If the item was missing data when purchased, we will send another copy of the item once you provide proof from the document via email.
Shipping Returns
We are currently offering digital products, therefore there is no shipping return data.
