Who do we serve?
Parents: We love helping parents. Many of our parents are also college students.
Students: We serve high school, English Language Learners (ELL), first-generation, transfer, undergraduates, graduates, and doctoral/professional students.
Faculty: We love helping on-campus and online college faculty members with academic challenges.
Types of Consultations
We offer a 60-minute virtual consultation. You pay at the time you book the appointment. You can book as many sessions as you prefer. If you want to retain our services for a longer period, we have a 1-month retainer plan.
Our packages are a one-time flat fee. In each package we assist you with over 25 strategies to help you achieve your goals. You also have the option to pick 2 packages together for a reduced rate.

What is an Education Consultant?
An education consultant is a professional who assists parents, students, faculty, and others with education related challenges. Some topics we cover in our firm consists of admissions, financial aid, online learning and teaching, and other topics.
Why do I need an Education Consultant?
There are many benefits to having your own education consultant. Most students use the assistance of our consultants for applying to colleges and navigating the complicated financial aid process.
Is there a waitlist to book a consultation?
Currently, there is a wait list to receive a paid consultation. We will be available again within the next few days. We reserve Sundays consults for our Mentor Club Scholar plan members.
Do I need to have a paid consultation prior to joining the Mentor Club?
No, however it would be beneficial for you because the purpose is to provide ongoing assistance to the problem you presented in your initial free call.
What if my payment doesn't go through?
If your payment does not go through, you should reach out to your card merchant to see if they processed the order.
What is the price of the consultation?
Our current personal one-to-one consultations start at $249.99 per session. We offer 30 and 60-minute consultations as well as consultation packages and retainers.
Is there a free trial?
At this time we are not offering a free trial.
Are the consultations ongoing?
There is no limit on the amount of consultations.
How do I receive the consultations?
We know your time is busy , therefore, all our services are virtual.
Do you work with all students?
We work with all clients age 18 or older. At this time our services and products are for those clients residing in the United States.
What days do you offer services?
We offer virtual services Monday-Saturday from 8am-6pm Pacific Standard Time. We reserve Sundays for our Mentor club members, specifically the Scholar plan members.
